Overview
The Status Page shows the current availability of key platform features and provides timely updates during incidents. It's a convenient way to stay informed when something unexpected happens.
Why it’s useful
Transparency. If something goes wrong, you’ll see it directly on the page.
Saves time. No need to contact support just to check system status.
Convenience. Everything is in one place: current status and past incident history.

What happens during an incident
Normally, the page is green — this means everything is working fine.
If there’s a disruption:

You’ll see which services are affected and how
Each component shows the level of impact
Updates are added during the resolution process
The issue is marked as resolved when finished
Example:
If you see “Currency exchange – degraded performance”, operations in that area may be slower than usual.
